This sounds like the beginning of a Charles Bronson film. I don't imagine he will do anything to harm you, your family or your businesses, but if worst comes to worst you can always go out for revenge and probably end up busting a drugs ring in the process, and flying out of an exploding building too if you're lucky.

Seriously, I'd ignore it. As said earlier he was probably just pissed and mouthing off. If he calls again then I would make the police aware, otherwise forget about it.

From what you say, it sounds like you've had a single phone call from a old friend and haven't heard from him since.

This guys obviously has some sort of chip on his shoulder and as already said has most likely been pissed up. I've had to deal with piss heads and drug users for most of my life and sometimes something just triggers and of they go. What does make most of them come to their senses is a "I don't give a fk" attitude back.

However, this guy clearly knows how to upset you and worry you. If he wanted you he would have just come along to see you. Not phone you up and tell you. He's a cock.
