Hello, The information you present is great, however, my problem is a little different. My daughter is in the process of divorcing her husband and at the last Court hearing, he was instructed to leave the family apartment - he has not and has delayed again and again moving out. Now he says that he can stay until June of this year according to French Law concerning winter months. That is if there is no physical aggression - in this case, it comes quite near to that, but there is no doubt that there is mental torture to my daughter and her two children. The atmosphere is bad for the children and they have already suffered his presence for two plus years.
As you can imagine this can only get worse. Thank you.

I think you will find that the winter months end in April, not June, so he is again playing her along.

If he was ordered to leave by the courts and has not, call the Gendarmes.
Usually they try to stay out of domestics but a court has ruled so they should act.
