Help wanted - looking for caterer in the Dordogne

Never thought to ask here, but I didn't realize that half the fórum lives in the Dordogne it would appear!
In July, I'll be visiting the Dordogne with roughly 50 DeTomaso owners from 11 different countries before heading to Le Mans Classic. The activity for one of the days is to spend a few happy hours drifting down the Dordogne river, seeing the chateaux from the river. We'll be starting at Vitrac and ending at Bezenac. I'm looking for a lunch stop for our happy crew of 50 people.
I sent an e-mail to Brasserie La Plage, but no reply. I've called a couple of times with no answer, so they may be closed for the season? I need to find either a restaurant right on the river with capacity for 50 where we can walk to, or find a caterer who can set up some tables and provide a buffet for our hungry crew. Any suggestions? Anyone familiar with the Brasserie in question? I figure that we should hit Castelnaud La Chapelle about lunch time but it could be negotiable.
