52/48 sounds close it wasn't, 17.4 million to 16.1 million is the largest majority in the history of politics, get over it and enjoy your last 2 years in this poxey union
Nope still doesn't sound like a very large majority. If that is the largest in the history of politics I'd like to see a really narrow one.

Is it just me being a sensitive soul or does it seem that when a discussion about this topic comes up the aggressive rude ones always seem to be the pro leavers?

I have friends who have fallen out with family members, even calling them wakners on FB because they can't agree. Reading back through this thread, again the rude or aggressive posts all seem to be posted by leavers.

The vote to leave was won by a small majority,a majority that might well have been the other way if the lies that were spun were exposed before the vote.

And I paid tax and ni for over 30 years in the uk and expect to be intitled to a basic state pension from the uk.

Does that mean I had no right to vote?

The operative word is "did"
How's that relevant?

It's like saying " I've paid £500k in taxes and expect more back than someone who has paid £50k".
If you are now longer living or contributing you shouldn't get to vote.

What difference would it have made anyway, you still voted to hang yourself

So what about the ex pats that live elsewhere other than Europe? No rights either?

What if they bought back national service in the uk,would the expats have to sign up and do thier time?

Anyway Swerni what are you doing down this end then ,antagonizing us happy expats?
