Hi guys, been searching to no avail in the UK for a clean pre facelift ( upto '87 ) E30 325i, 2 door manual gearbox, and there does not seem to be that many left over here... It is for a rally car project, and I would prefer LHD anyway. I am now searching mainland Europe, are there lots of these left in Germany? And can any of you guys point me in the right direction to find one? Many thanks, Lee
Straight E30s over here are either really expensive, or not very straight. Germany is by far the most expensive place in Europe to look for an E30 (except Denmark, where the taxes are HUGE)
If you're planning on making it a rally car, I'd check in Holland (As they have just introduced legislation that makes pre-87 cars more expensive to run than in the past) as well, like for example on
