Thanks Arnaud,

This looks interesting. A few Q's:
Firstly, I don't have a helmet presently. Are there any for hire? I have a large head (probably XXL)!!!

Secondly, is there a discounted rate at the Van der Valk hotel in Heerlen for TVRCC members? I have an option to use loyalty card points to make a booking, but obviously, want to get the best deal.

Look forward to your reply.
Nick.

Thanks - assume they satisfy the UK requirements too?

We welcome you all!!!!

Arnaud-Secretary TVR Car Club Holland
Hello all, hello Arnaud, do you think I can enter the event at Zolder with my S3, I am from Belgium, South of Brussels.
I would like to join the TVR mads on the circuit and if possible doing some activities but no laps.
I am not a club member.
In any case, I will be there, I hope not as a simple spectator.
If it is possible, can you tell me the cost for entering that famous event?
Kind regards.
Christian.

Nick,

Unfortunately we do not have helmets for hire, but the 'Lidl' suggestion seems a good one. Of course you can always lent a helmet for a few rounds, but I am sure you want to drive a lot more than just a few and having you own helmet is a lot safer.

I don't know if the Van der Valk hotel deals with points. Of course you can try if you can get a better deal than we. Booking through us you will be sure about your room reservation.

Arnaud.

Christian,

Have a look at the description of the event on our site www.tvrcarclub.nl. I suggest to do one of the reduced programs, it gives you an 'Introduction to Zolder' and the possibility to participate in the (speed)tests, so no free driving. Have a check at the description form for the prices.

Great advice for someone based in Belgium. For anyone else - sign up for the whole event - you know you want to!

Not a TVR driver but this is the perfect opportunity for me to prepare the wife for our future car-related investments :-) Are spectators welcome, or do we need to subscribe as well?

Hoping for a lot of Tuscans :-)

Peter, spectators are very welcome. Subscription is not mandatory, but if you do you will get a program and a surprise.

Still have this in the diary to come along. I am guessing it is still ok to turn up the afternoon before and pay there and then?

You do need to be registered, as TVR NL do a lot of prep work, including your welcome pack with stickers etc.

Thanks to the Dutch TVR Club for this Great event!
It has been a pleasure to me to make the acquaintance of new people and of course to see a few known again!

If times allows I will be there next year again.

Cheers
