i on instrument panel

I've been looking for a 9-3 Aero for a few weeks.

I've seen I few with an "i" illuminated on the instrument panel; does anyone know what this means?

I can't seem to find any info online, so any pointers would be good.

Hi Fluid,
On my '06 9-3 the 'I' on the speedo in the main instrument binnacle indicates that there's a warning or indication on the information display unit in the centre of the dashboard. Could be something as simple as 'door open'!
If it's a convertible you're looking at there's also a sensor in the boot that checks for a potential foul with luggage that will prevent the hood stowing.
I don't think it should be anything too sinister!
