How much should I be paying for a 95 Aero?

Values (well, asking prices) seem to be all over the place.

Ideally I'd be after a facelift, but pre-Dame Edna.

That said, I'd go for a pre-facelift if the car was the right one. I was offered a very high spec pre-facelift, which was owned by an Abbot Racing mechanic, engine rebuild etc etc - £4k, but I bailed, thinking that at resale in about a year, I'd be taking a 1500-2k bath, after all it was "only" a pre-facelift 95 with 155k on the clock.


Sort of kicking myself for letting that one go, but I think it was the right call.

Have you rang him? Phone number in advert.
And as someone else pointed out, the body in the boot is a different sales tactic. A nice touch.

Paid £1200 for a 9-5 aero estate. In good condition with saab service history. Market seems to vary wildly though! Plus there isn't a huge amount of choice.
