2008 Saab 9-3 1.9 TiD - Door not opening

Hi guys. I've got a problem. Basically the rear passenger side door no longer opens.
Well that's a bit of a lie every now and then after I've locked and unlocked the car about 100 times it will open and will be fine with me locking and unlocking it until I leave it for a few hours locked and then it goes again.
Today I managed to open it and take the door card off. I've made a video to show what's happening. The video isn't amazing because I had to leave the door card slightly on with the cables in so that the central locking would work.
If anyone can help it would be really helpful. As you will see from the video of I manually lock and unlock it you can hear the lock working. And when you pull the cable you can hear that the door should open but it isn't. What can it be that's broken? And how do I fix it?
