What to do with my snotter

I have a 9-5 2.2tid sat on my drive on Sorn. It's got a sniff over 200k on the clocks, but will need some work to get it through the MOT. It needs two lower ball joints, the handbrake is completely shot, and it goes into limp mode if revved over 3000rpm.
My gut feeling is to send it off to snotter heaven down to the local scrappy, but part of me thinks there's some life left in the old girl yet. The interior is immaculate for the miles, it's only Linear spec so no leather or anything flash.

Is there money in it, spares or repairs on eBay, or shall I just cut my losses and scrap it? I just can't see any money in a mot fail, poverty spec leggy barge.

Eta - before its suggested, I don't have the time, skills, or room to break it for spares on my drive. Where ever it's going, it's going as whole car

I would say from what you have written sell for spares or repairs on the bay.
