The 2 races we had yesterday were stunning, I hope I kept you up to speed from the pits. I did get very busy at times. I hope you all enjoyed it

The Production race was great too: I still don't know how the Intersport BMW got past the Geoff Steel car?

For those watching closely, we caught Michael Symons, passed him and then lapped him on the last lap. Our car FINALLY ran without a hitch, it was epic, the win was courtesy of an awesome second stint by Kevin Clarke. To be fair, Michael had a massive moment down Craners courtesy of a back marker towards the end, lucky to have held it together by all accounts.

Your car has evolved quite nicely over the last season Adam, with Kev in the car it has finally got the result it deserves. Next year should be good for you if you continue.

If I am reading things correctly on Twitter, Britcar changed the points system mid way through the race.

Also how can they let a Ginetta G55 race in the same class as a G50?
Points problem explained previously.

A G50 and G55 Ginetta can be the same key spec with different bodies that's why.

What about the power difference though?

GT4 Spec G50's usually have the same engine (and so power) as the G55's. Not all G50's are the spec that has been running in the Supercup.

My shots from the day. Not so many shots in the actual race. I spent a bit too much time doing long exposure stuff and then got loads of rejects due to the wind wobbling my tripod all over the place!

The White G50 is Lee Mowles (Opt Motorsport) 3.5L car the Black G55 is Nathan 2013 G55 Supercup car 3.7L. You could re-body a 3.7L G50 into a G55 as Simon said above.

Yep G50's and G55's have exactly the same spaceframe chassis.
