Unsung heroes.

I want to say a huge thank you to you all, each and everyone of you, volunteers, staying up for 24 hours without a break, probably more like 36 hours.

A special thank you to the guys at Maggots.

I was in a lot of pain, the car was on fire, I managed to get out on my own but you swarmed over me and the car with all that danger around you, extinguished the fire and got me into a safe position, sorted medical to come and get me.

Without you, no race, without you we cannot race with confidence, you are without doubt the best trained, organised and selfless people on any track throughout the world.

You have my deepest thanks and respect.

Motorsport wouldn't exist without the Marshalls (and many of the other support staff).

They deserve every ounce of gratitude, whether called upon in the line of duty or not.

The Marshalls, scrutineers, race control, etc. were fantastic throughout the weekend.

Notwithstanding the constant waving of blue flags, when we needed them most the Marshalls came to the aid of both of our cars. Without them WEC Motorsport would not have achieved a double podium!
