Our door was closed to keep the draft to a minimum. The man access door was open though, and we welcomed many spectators into our garage.
Creventic events are usually free to attend. This one wasn't due to the other racing that was taking place.

I think the race will move next year, as this year a lot of teams didn't compete as it was too close to Mugello before, and Zandvoort after.

As a competitor, the organisers were fantastic. Very helpful and jovial throughout. A pleasure to deal with.
I can't ever imagine the MSA doing an April Fool's joke........

Or the early morning hot chocolate. First time I've worked a Creventic event, won't be the last.

I hope you just mean date-wise not venue?

Just need to move the campsite back to inside the circuit with the old organisers, and bring back the fan involvement of previous 24hrs and you're onto a winner. Massive congrats to Rollcentre btw, that car cetrainly has a pedigree at this event, competed twice and won both times!

Probably worth dropping Creventic some feedback via email. All of their staff struck me as happy, very helpful people with a passion for racing, so I'm sure they welcome constructive feedback and ways to improve the entertainment off track as well as on.

It is an event that needs to build an atmosphere, unfortunately Silverstone is sometimes not the best place to get an atmosphere built.

A few pics from the event here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/harry_s/albums/72157...

I'll email my thoughts across, they're not complaints as such, I would just love to see the event succeed for spectators as well as drivers etc.
