Couple more jobs done. New carbon cill covers cut and fitted, got the front air line all done and P-clipped, plus made the rear tow eye and ai jack valve mount.

New brackets fabricated for the oil coolers, pro alloy fuel filler altered to clear the new bulkhead, dash put back together and bracket finished holding the air jack point and towing hook.

awesome build...

Have you found a good cheap-ish supplier of DEI?

I want to do the exhaust heat shield on the bulkhead as the silver stuff with the brown matting is all torn and scraggy looking.

Would you go for DEI straight to the bulkhead or cover the old silver stuff and re-rivet it on?

if your going to run the 'motorsport' fuel filler cap, you need pressure relief vent in the system somewhere (no, I don't mean roll-over valve).

Thanks Simon. Will check with Darren what we have/don't have. I know we already have the roll over valve fitted.

You may want to reconsider the rear tow ring placement and mount. If you need to be pulled out at an angle bad things will happen.

Anything between 20 & 30 bar, and I'm not sure how long it would stay up, suffice to say we will be using stands when it's up.
