Yes, didn't really go with a bang, but on a downshift , Darren heard it instantly and shut off the power, luckily on a steep section and managed to coast all the way back to the trailer ! smile

So new gearset has been decided on, couple of parts ordered from the states, full rollcage being collected on Friday along with a plumbed in fire suppression system smile

Shafts, bearings and cv's all seem up to the job, will be a standard case with different internals.

Actually I've looked at the last dyno run and it was 423lbft. Not sure what it was running at Anglesey though.

Removed the blower and heater matrix...



Which leaves a nice space for a race battery in place of the standard one and extinguisher plus the front race jack...
