...mmm...

torn between nightfall blue and motorsport green. then there's starlight black plus lotus sport vinyl stripes.

I think a lot of the detail will be lost in a dark colour though. Not yet decided which I prefer, the overall shape or the scoops, vents and intakes.....

I reckon it will take me until next march just to make up my mind!

I want one too...can't pay one sadly...in the Netherlands its gona be something like 92.000,-euro
because of the BPM/Co2 tax on top of the standard 19%tax

but if I would order one I thinks it would be Motorsport black with satin/black wheels and alcantara interior and ofcorse the RACE PACK OPTION

It was a good day. Saw blue ring exige pictured above plus a black and purplish mule. Also the yellow press Evora GTE and a MY2012 Evora.

The Exige. I liked it. Much better than pictures. Light bright colours suit it best. The blue easily the best out of the three I saw. I'm still stuck on White though.

The rear end looks a cross between Elise GT1 and a Noble. The front like a Sagaris. The middle like an S2 Exige smile

The length of the rear doors back is noticeable , although side by side to a S2 Exige I'd say about ten inches in it.
The doors are S2, as is much of the interior. Good rear view which is a nice change. The boot is about the same as the normal Elise size boot.

The sound is nice, as to be expected for a V6. The car has presence and in my eyes looks sufficiently different from anything else to look special. What I am told is impressive is the performance. 3.8 to 60, 7.8 to 100, but comparatively performing with
The likes of a 458. Which if true, is pretty mental in a 60k car.

Depends how you look at this car. Either expensive Exige or cheap "super"car as such. Personally I like it and if it delivers as expected it will be pretty mad.

I'll give some detail on GTE tomorrow.

The performance claims are exaggerated and unnecessary.

If it performs on a par with a 3.8 GT3RS for half the money, that's plenty impressive for me.

Agree, does seem that the claims for ability seem unbelievable, But i am reserving judgement for when it's released. I doubt they are proclaiming repeatly about it's these comparisons if it really doesn't deliver. Anything close to the ability of a 458 or GT3 is pretty amazing for 60k.

GTE Evora is such a good looking car. Build quality is as you expect on 130k car I think. It looked stunning in the yellow and bare carbon. The noise is as good as anything I've heard. Very race engine raw sound, and ridiculously loud when revved.

The fit and finish of the interior is lovely. So much carbon, great seats. Really loved this car. To me the standard Evora needs more of the GTE in it.

Corr blimey guvnor, those snaps look rather decent at the Ring, I can’t wait for EVO to get hold of one, cripes knows what the group test competition will be.

Not a chance, the 458 is silly quick. Even the M600 can’t quite touch it.

Well at least it's going to be quick. Be interesting to see how quick in real world tests

errr yes but what's your point?

the noble costs a similarly astronomic amount (at least 3 times the Exige's price) and has a claimed 650 bhp

Sorry OlberJ you are quite correct, although it is worth noting that the 458 beats the M600 around Bedford West circuit by 1.5 seconds eek I'd still pick the M600 instead though!

Not a fan of the wheels, at all.

The car is going to be special though.
