Have you not made the damn thing already - get on with it!!

What are the holes in the centre (where the bonnet on a normal car would be)?

Obviously it's not, 'cause the tank is behind the seats, but reminds me of the central filler necks for petrol on racing cars. Would look pretty cool.

Top hole will be a stock flip up filler cap for access to the brake fluid reservoir, bottom is for the 4 gallon alcohol tank fill.
This car has a staged dual fuel setup...

Thanks GT, the car will be bright white so that touch ups will not be a problem due to stone chips. I am planing on a passenger side cover. I think it would be perfect since I drive alone 99.9% of the time.

Ummm, that looks, well....dangerous to me.

Would you not be better off having that as a hud on a fly screen?

I guess all those attack choppers should beware ???

It really is not a distraction and does not obstruct my vision... Think about not having to take your eyes off the road and refocus to see your rear view and then refocus down the road.
There is no windshield for a HUD or do anyone make one that works in sunlight without a top....

New five spokes have showed up..

The goggle mounted rear view 'mirror' is very interesting.

Would this be legal in your state?
Also, could you configure the display to show vehicle data switchable via a thumb-wheel?

Dont think they use it for a rear view camera! wink

its a good idea though, assuming it dose not impact normal vission (which you have said it dosent). I take it you can unplug the goggles?

The goggles can be unpluged and I will be able to configure a dash display from a small Asus notebook I use to tune the AEM ECU. The important thing is not having to refocus on the data.

The camera is right in the middle of the lens. It must be an obstruction/distraction.

Not sure I could get along with it.
