I love your work Ronin and want to see more. I spent quite a long time reading this thread and watching the videos.

Thanks guys, I didn't take into conderation the placement of the stock size diffuser with the new longer rear clam. The diffuser is now 6" longer and in order to have enough clearance with the tilting rear clam I had to come up with something that would lower the diffuser while the clam tilted and then return to it's set height. The cool thing is the diffuser doesn't touch the ground through it's movement.
The deffuser will pivot on a piano hinge under the car with rose joints in the rear...
I'm also planing a few NACA ducts to create a blown diffuser effect up, over and out...

Oh yeah I added a third canard to the upper front end for fun....Take note of the gated sidepod scoop behind the front wheel.

Now if I could just stop designing this thing on the fly I might get er done one day soon.

I need to remove all the wiring bits I don't need like AC, ABS, stock ECU and so on. I'm making a quick release engine harness just incase I want to pull things in the future.
After 7 yrs of tinkerin the wiring needs some attention. Hell I might lose a few ounces..

If it's the original loom still I wouldn't be surprised if you lose a few kg!!

Cheers

I have enough fiber [carbon] in my diet [lungs] now that weight savings is a given. You can not have too much fiber...cool

i personally preferred the look of the old car

have you considered building another car so you can have two of them

have you considered opening a shop to sell parts / cars to other owners

It's a labour of love for Frank.

If he was to sell the parts for their "true" cost they would cost more than Ferrari or Lambo parts.

Hand made parts with lots of R$D cost a small fortune.
