Hi all,

Am after a bit of advice about having a suspension re-fresh, My car has done just over 60,000 miles now and I am still on the same wishbone bushes, the shock absorbers where upgraded to the s2 version a while back so should be ok.
So my query is am I best to replace them with the original type or change to something else? Are the power flex one`s a good alternative?

Many thanks

Andy,

Powerflex bushes would be a good alternative or EliseParts do a kit of ertacetal bushes which are stiffer again than the polyurethane bushes. Have fitted powerflex bushes to many Elise's with no problems. Also a good opportunity to get wishbones re-coated.

There is an enormous amount of debate on this subject on SELOC. Head over there and have a browse and you'll wish you never asked the question. smile
