If anyone is interested, I have a 2bular system that was on my 111R for 3k miles, prior to going supercharged and having to get a supercharged version 2bular.

Sounds the absolute business, and will make someone a happy new owner, pm if interested. As new condition as you would imagine, twin pipes.

What's the service schedule on one of these?

I know the old Rover engines were A/B/C but all I can find for Toyota is an annual one. I can't find anywhere stipulating what is changed and when.

Due a annual service soon but considering relatively low mileage and the monthly work that has been done, I'm wondering if there is much benefit over an oil change.

The only stuff I would have done is gearbox fluid but I doubt that is done on a normal service anyway.

9000miles or 1 year whichever comes first.

Sorry, I meat what is actually replaced on the service?

In the last few months I've cleaned the pipercross filter, it's had new brakes and fluid and I'm replacing the spark plugs with NGK shortly.
Overall it's in good condition with full geo being done recently as well.

Is there going to me much else to do bar oil & filter?

I'm thinking about getting a 2bular system on mine in the new year. I know they do various sizes and I fancy the 6"- it's mainly used on road but I'm hoping to take it on track (mainly Bedford) a couple of times a year, would I get black flagged? If so is there a silencer you can fit or should I go for one of the larger diameter pipes?

Probably best to get in touch with Jim and ask his advice, he will be able to sort something out to meet your needs.

Cheers. I sent him an email last year but didn't get a reply. I'll try again nearer the time.

He can be a bit elusive, he's very busy - there's a phone number on the contact page, might be worth trying that.

Mine was built to get onto Goodwood, a very hard circuit to get onto like Bedford, Jim assured me it would, and true to his word, it did.

I have a 111R and I use it every day as my work van. Luckily as a scaffolder I can fit all my tools and PPE in a rucksack and fit it in the boot. Its great on fuel and easily fixable with easy to get parts. I dont have to pick anyone up and its impossible to fit any materials onboard.

Its perfect smile
