Used elise purchase chassis picture advice

Hi All

I'm an ex TVR owner and have decided to take the plunge and buy a Lotus S1 elise. i've read some horror stories regarding corrosion in the rear suspension and chassis being a car killer in terms of rectifying it.

I have some pictures of the underside of the car i'm thinking of...is this level of corrosion normal on a 99 Elise?











Hopefully its all normal and i can look forward to miles of smiles.

Do you have any pics of the FRONT suspension mounting points? There have been some alloy corrosion issues there to worry about on some cars.
