Elise S1 Register

Firstly apologies for the blatant pitch! Hope you don't mind, I'm just seeking to canvas some opinion and help with an Elise S1 register.
With the S1 starting to get a little long in the tooth and with the original production of around 10,000 diminishing to who knows how many I posted a thread on the SELOC site a few weeks back about a register for the S1 there was some talk last year but it never took off, having owned an S2 for over 6 years and now with an S1 I thought I'd give it a crack.
The simplest solution seemed to be the members list of a forum with a bunch of new fields added. The registration process for forums is well established and the open source software pretty much automates the process and the maintenance is minimal. With it being a forum there's scope of some S1 sharing as well.

I've only just finished the registration changes so that needs testing, so would appreciate some help and feedback.
