Went on the 14th Nov. Very enjoyable despite the rain. 40 mins driving the car in full road mode was impressive how good the car handles in these conditions.

Would be a great all whether car for me. Very tempting.

Funny, my mate who went to drive just didn't get the same enjoyment out the day. He just wasn't sure it would keep him on the track in the wet. I was encouraged to really drive it (thanks Lotus) and really got it drifting around 2 corners.

The instructor then took to the wheel and proceeded to turn off all the electronic aides, wow, it had an engine sound which was supercar territory.
However, on their track, just too much standing water to proceed in that mode.

On top of that, yesterday, drove on track a 430 Ferrari in France at Haute Sointonge. Wow.

Now, I need to go back again to Hethel, try it in the dry in Sport/track mode.

Good to know you enjoyed it. I'm looking to switch my track/weekend car to an Elise for next year, and after driving heavy AWD turbo cars until now I'm really not sure what to expect from an Elise on track so had thought about a trip to Hethel. Was it this?

The Elise experience doesn't specify how much track time you get, but I read it to suggest you're not out there for very long. I may contact them to see if they'll do the Exige priced package but in an Elise so that I can get a better feel for the car I'd be using myself. I'm sure a V6 Exige is epic, but may be a bit of a come down when I climb into my own 111R or whatever!
