Hi guys - i just saw this on autogspot and all i can say is WOW..... Did lotus make a GT3 or is it just modified. The stripes look amazing to me:

Am not an expert but looks like a late model S2 Exige with a big wing and maybe slightly lowered suspension? Look like the road car wheels.

It's all about the stripes, maybe with a bandit mask all in matte black

They did make a few GT3 Exiges but this is not one of them. This is just a standard road car with some wings stuck to it.

They were homologated back in 2007 before GT3 became what it is now. I think Adrian Newey's Red Bull liveried Exige was a defacto GT3 albeit built be Lanzante rather than the Lotus factory, from memory. I think the FIA homologatikn expires this year (or last) but it's a moot point as it would be very uncompetitive now due to the GT3 goal posts having shifted so far.

As said, that is just a facelift MY10 S2 Exige with some wings stuck on it. There are a few road cars out there running the GT3 style clams, but they'll all be modified (often after a crash where new clams are required).
