Damn road gritters

I was greeted by a road gritter this morning on the way to work, which very nicely blasted the side of my elise with rock salt! On brief inspection when i got to work there may be a few chips, do I have a claim against the council or road gritter or something?

You won't have any chance of a claim against them! People are trying to claim against them for NOT gritting. They can't win, the poor misguided fools.

Look at it as war paint, treat your chips with pride or they'll make you sick when you look at them.
