Dave the only skid marks you will be making is when I take you out for a spin in mine

hi guys. I'm off to get mine polished up too but any ideas how to get the Cam cover and spark plug cover actually off its stuck down. or is it a case of a sharp knife and lots of care?

any tips greatly appreciated

Its stuck down as well as bolted. Sharp blade round the seal on the plug cover first. Rubber mallet if needed to free the cam cover when the bolts & plugs are removed.

This is a photo of the unfinished cover. It has since been fully painted, finished and black grills installed so looks a lot better.



I'll post the fully finished one when I get a chance over the next few weeks...

Looks very much like the "Sagaris 2" engine cover.
