Just had my exhausts coated by camcover in silver and really pleased with them...

tempted by all this I asked the local paintshop and they advised me the camcover can only be powder coated in black due to high temps blabla...any idea what they use to get these prety colors ?

You can get powder coating in differnt colours. You could also use 2k paint, the cam cover shouldnt be hitting exhaust like temps. pretty sure Ive even touched my cam cover after the engine has run a while..

Don't get him started .. his manifolds will end up coming out of the bonnet and doing a double helix over the roof rolleyes

The cam cover came on the car - dont know if its painted or powder coated to be honest? The manifolds were originally done in black by camcoat but there was an issue with the finish and to their credit they offered a free upgrade to the silver which to be honest I think looks better.
