It very soon will be mate.I am now extremely confident it will be spot on this time.I'm confident it has been faultlessly rebuilt & will be doing everything it should do.I cant wait.
I took it to Power who have been fantastic in dealing with me.Its all waiting to go back into the car.A big thank you to Powers Performance & also an apology to Dom for what you have had to put up with.
I will post more on a separate thread when the time comes.

Don
You are in good hands with Dom, he rebuilt my Cerbera 4.0L over 2 years ago and it has been faultless, much smoother and quiet, no more of the mad ticking from the engine. He has also given me great advice and service since he did the rebuild for me.
Just a pity he is 330 miles away from me.

The RR power run and fine tuning of the Omex map is included in the replacement engine deal so no further expense to me. Steve at Power Crazy is the guy that set up and installed the Omex so has the knowledge and experience to tweak the map slightly. It will be ready soon.
Don
Well done Don - they look like some fairly healthy numbers which is good news.
I drove mine back from Devon last week in preparation for a Le Mans trip, and the new engine, like yours, is running very smoothly on OMEX - too smooth in fact - I'm getting some overrun crackles dialled back into the map to retain the full TVR character!!.
We still have some final power runs to undertake to map the top-end but initial readings show a peak torque of 335 Ib/ft. I think I'm going to have to revert to your higher capacity exhaust configuration to achieve maximum BHP figures though - I understand that the 4.0 Speed Sixes had a larger bore exhaust so given the capacity increase, I think this will be necessary to see the best out of the engine.
Good luck with the Cerb. I had a look at yours when I picked mine up and the new owner should be well pleased.
