Where has the end float gone ?

Rebuilding my 4.0 , new shells in today and crank back in just polished not ground.
New crank turns freely with no tight spots but I cant get any end float ??

What do you think ?

That's a good thing isn't it?

What torque settings have you used for the mains and big ends? Is it in a manual or something?

I only have the mains in no rods or pistons yet and used correct torque 50lbs foot .
I believe the crank does need float as they move about a bit when they get spinning.
There is supposed to be some float for sure. cant see where it has all gone, control bearing is within spec of the one I took out..
