Anyone got a lightened flywheel?

Might be changing my clutch for a standard AP clutch this winter. While browsing the Racing Green website I came across a lightened flywheel for quite reasonable money. If I changed the clutch it would be a good time to change the flywheel too. Has anyone got one on their car and is it a worthwhile upgrade?

I have. It certainly makes a difference, but if push came to shove, I think I would stay with the old one. Far less hassle to drive smoothly.
