Hesitation 2000-2700 rpm

Car now sadly sold but yes I more or less did solve it, no single cure but a combination of:
Roller bearing throttle bodies sealed with RTV (gaskets not available then)
Balance T/B's at 1750 rpm
Clean earth by battery
Clean aircraft type socket connections in engine loom behind air box
Clean pipework and carbon filter below headlight on off side, make sure drain pipe works
The above made a 95% improvement and I could live with that. One note, a full (expensive ) RR session did alter the way the car drove but made no difference to the hesitation, I ended up with a standard Tuscan de-throttle chip - the RR session was the only bad experience I had with the Tuscan. Other than that what a great car!
