How much driving/recording time can I store on a 32/64/128GB SD card with 1080P HS/30fps recording on something like an 0801 or 0806?
Thanks.
I believe its about 11 hours with a 32gb on an 801. They wont take 64.Thanks.
I have an 801 with 32gb coming today with a spare mount and cable so I can swap between my daily and my mx5, £60 all in from amazon. Looking forward to using it but Im a bit concerned about the reliablity of these looking at some of amazons reviews. Anyone else had problems with the 801?

I ticked the dashcam fitted box on my insurance renewal and the premium dropped by £30 this year (Axa)
Bit surprised at that really
Hmmmm call me paranoid but I wonder if they would pay out in the event the camera malfunctioned.Bit surprised at that really
" you said you had a camera and took a discount"
Sorry I just don't trust them, anything to get out of paying.
My 0801 arrived yesterday and I'll have a play with it in due course.
In terms of plugging it in, I want as discreet an installation as possible and am more than happy to dismantle my car to run wires and whatnot (it's an old 944, and I've had it all apart several times before.) Is there any reason not to cannibalise the supplied cigarette lighter lead to make a hard-wire lead? I can't see the point of paying an extra £15 for a part which I could make in about 10 minutes.
Oli.

A month or two ago someone posted a link to a hardwiring kit which hooked into the fusebox, replacing a fuse and providing a second fuse mount in the fitment for that fuse. I can't find it now - does anyone know what I mean? Any links of such items for sale?
Thanks!
"Add-A-Circuit" or piggy back fuseholder ?Thanks!
