I'm running a 10 year Navman which is a bit long in the tooth. So looking to upgrade, but to what? Ideally want the following....

For life map updates, + Europe would be nice.
Live traffic, with OR without a link to my iPhone? Which is the best?
Is there a voice recognition unit out there? Something I can speak to enter addresses?
Speed camera warnings.
Bluetooth.

Spend, up to £150ish.

Thanks but that's an app for a phone, I'm looking for a proper sat nav.

New models from TomTom due soon, might be worth waiting.

BTW - the new TomTom phone app is very good if you combine it with the speed camera database from www.pocketgpsworld.com

The TomTom GO6000 is what I have which has all those features and a huge screen, the live traffic has a built in connection (for life, subscription free) so doesn't require pairing with your phone. I rather like it but I paid £200 with a cashback offer from Halfords, I don't think you can get it for £150. The GO5000 which is the same but with a smaller screen might be attainable though.

Thanks have been looking at this, just over £200 at for the 5000, a 5" screen is ideal for me. May wait a while, until the new TomTom range comes out

I have a Garmin 3598 LMTD - top of the Garmin range, currently £280. After several top of the range TT's, I objected to the fact that newer models have fewer features than older models. This Garmin gets its lifetime traffic from digital radio, which seems a decent alternative to the built in sims which the top end TT's have. It has all the things the OP asks for. I am very happy with the change.
