Best Budget easy to use system?

I've been having a look for a system for my dad, he refuses to use a smartphone which would be the easy soloution in my mind.

I thought that TomToms would be the way to go because I recall them being easy to use. However there are loads of different types now and I have no idea.

Can't always look at them now, with the online shopping and all that.

Any ideas? Ideally less than £100? And dead easy to use?
