dab connectors

i am trying to connect this


on a pioneer stereo

to this


on a dab/fm antenna splitter thingy

they should be able to fit together but i cant get them to. i don't know if it's just my fat fingers and failing eyes that can't co-ordinate any more or if they are incompatible, what do i need to be able to do this(apart from glasses)

The connector you have in your hand has a collar on it which needs to be pulled back to allow it to fit on the radio connector. Try that.
