Dash cam, 24 hours?
Discussion
24 hours or 360 degrees or both?
You can get cameras which have front and rear cameras and wide angle lenses. That will still leave blind spots to the sides of the car though, you won't be able to see much even if the rear-facing camera is on the windscreen looking backwards.
As for powering it for 24 hours, you'd have to wire it into the car and I'd be a little nervous about exactly how much current it would drain. You can get cameras which are theoretically motion-sensitive and only wake up to record when they detect movement - but of course by the time they have recorded, the event has happened.
