how do upload a Tyretotravel route to my Android phone?

being an old person and a virgin as fare as this is concerned.

I have both a Garmin 65LM and an android Samsung J5 phone.

I have been sent a route for a TVR runout (S series Barn Farm weekend) which is an itn file. I have just down loaded TYRE onto my Laptop and MyRoute app to my phone.

Question is - how do I transfer the route from my computer to either (or preferably both) phone and Garmin?

ITN is the file type usually used by a TomTom.
Garmin usually use GPX

Do you have the Basecamp PC software for your Garmin? If so it may be able to read the ITN file, or use Tyre (possibly) or ITNconverter to save the ITN as a GPX. iv'e never had success converting to a Garmin compatible file without going via Basecamp.
