I'm thinking of getting a front and back dash cam for my 111 mile commute.

Did any of you ever get any bother from other drivers? Demanding footage to be deleted or whatever?

I just want to go home, but equally have some evidence of whatever happened on the way.

Just buy a Police officer's hat from a joke shop, and leave a hi viz jacket on the back parcel shelf, you'll be OK.

Depending on the model of cam that you buy, and how tidy the install is, would anybody even notice that you have dash cams fitted.

By blackvue is discreet and installed behind the rear view mirror, making it difficult to notice.

I have had dashcams fitted since 2009 or 2010, can't remember exactly.

Only "trouble" was when I had the car in for a service. I got some footage back of the mechanics having a prod around wondering what it was. But they never said anything when I collected.

You can film in public all you like.
