Central console advice

Apologies if this has been posted before, I'm not great on car knowledge but my boyfriend suggested I posted here.
I'm thinking about buying an 09 plate vauxhall Astra but not a fan of the current central console. I want to put in a double din. How easy is it to replace and where would I buy one?
