Removing old car alarm

Hello chaps, can I ask some advice. There is an old defunct cobra alarm on my 106 which I would like to remove. Is this straightforward to do?

Yes, but you'll probably find that the alarm is also an immobiliser, so it will be wired into a couple of circuits of the car. You'll need to find where this has been done and re-join the circuits again to allow the car to work. (This will probably be very easy once you have traced the wiring of the alarm.)

Looks like you've a bolt missing from the top mount.
