Any car head units today that have joystick type remote?

Don't know if such a thing is produced now but i remember years ago i had a renault 5 turbo with a sony head unit that had a wired joystick remote that mounted to the steering column, it worked flawlessly and had a great factory steering remote feel to it.
Reason im asking is ive bought an old Peugeot 205 convertible and where head unit is located is a major pain in the ass, made worse by the angle you have to stoop down and the weight of your arm against the volume knob 'usually'makes you accidentally press it in, which then puts you into the head units settings, its so annoying!
Any head units have a preferably 'wireless'similar joystick remote? Thanks.
