Sat Nav with Bluetooth Audio Streaming?

Just had a quick question really. Say I had a headunit in my car with Bluetooth audio streaming, and I wanted both my satnav and phone music to come through the cars speakers. Is there a satnav with this functionality, where I can connect the satnav to the headunit via Bluetooth and then connect my phone to the satnav also with Bluetooth? Then I can stream music to the cars speakers via the satnav and then still receive guidance through the speakers, dipping the volume of the music etc.?

Does such a feature exist in the world?
