I have a Garmin sat nav for the car with software for it on my laptop. If I get another model of Garmin Sat nav for the bike are there going to be any issues having software for both on the same laptop?

Thanks, a sensible answer to the question being asked.

I was expecting four pages on why I shouldn't get Garmin sat nav anyway, or shouldn't have multiple sat navs, or separate computers, plus a few 'what's wrong with a map' comments.

Not sure if this is relevant , but once I updated the maps on my second Garmin, my primary Garmin no longer allows me access to the installed maps.

As I haven't given it much thought or time yet , it shouldn't be an issue.....Hopefully smile

My family has 4 garmin car satnav units of varying age and I also have a handheld garmin gps. I update and look after all of them via my laptop without any issues.
