w203 command replacement

I want to swap command out for a better nav unit but no idea what cables I need for wheel controls etc does anyone have a clue?

There are two options a Pioneer SPH DA-120 this basically is a portal for your phone so Spotify Google Maps Bluetooth Streaming Bluetooth etc this is the road I went down & find the unit easy to work I still have steering wheel control, I used the Connect2 kit to make it all talk to each other.

I was thinking the Pioneer avh-x8700bt it's a Android auto unit and it's got 20% off at halfrauds it a 2015 model but hey as you know it's replaci g a 10 year old unit

I'd pay the extra £40.00 & get the SPH it's a better unit

No not bad for the money but take a look at the Pioneer SPH unit it's £100.00 cheaper & does the same thing but it uses your phone for google maps instead of having it built in.

what mounting kit do i need or do i just use teh white blocks off the side of my command unit

Bought the 8700bt but still need the mounting kit so I'm just sat with a useless lump till that arrives

Make sure you get the fitting kit with the two into one aerial adaptor

2 into 1? I've only seen a one fakra to Ariel adapter

Some have two aerial inputs for the OEM stereo so you need a two into one.
