..I got a 2009 XF a few years ago. The Portfolio trim, with the 440w Bowers & Wilkins speaker system. Believe the stock amplifier is made by Alpine.

A bit disappointing; some songs really show off how well balanced it can be, others just sound hugely harsh in the midrange. It's not very easily tuned via the EQ settings, so... 6/10, sadly?

I had an XF with the B&W speakers too. Yes the amp and HU were Alpine, The sound was average at best, It really struggled getting bass right

The amp and screen were Alpine (I did the graphics on the screen), but the headunit was Mitsubushi IIRC.

I'm downgrading the SQ7's Bose, after driving for several hours today. It's rubbish.
