Anyone using a Pioneer SPH-DA120?

My new used car came to me with a Pioneer SPH-DA120. Whilst I am all for modern tech, i just want it to play music.
I have a One Plus Two phone and cannot get the unit to recognise the phone at all.

Even plugging in a USB full of MP3 just doesnt work.

I would remove it in a second if it wasnt double din, I have a Becker grand prix ready to go in, but its single din.....

Any help / advice appreciated.

I'll try to have a look at mine over the weekend to see if I can help.

I have had this unit for about 18 months and I find it absolutely brilliant, BUT I am using the Apple CarPlay side of the OS with an iPhone.

I have never really switched over to the Pioneer OS, an I must admit it doesn't look great, but surely must do what you are after.

Mine's fantastic I'm using a Samsung phone & it works perfectly.
