I have done a couple of these. Yours is fibre optic based, so once removed, nothing will work, ie phone etc. But if your replacing the screen with a double din nav, then it wont be an issue as most come with everything on.
As above, all of the infotainment units are on the fibre optic MOST bus, this includes the amplifier. So you would need to replace the whole system. The headunit is also on the CAN network, so that may cause problems.
Have a look at the rrsport forums - several threads on replacing headunits with variety of double din or andoid devices. Should be a similar job on a Range Rover.
