How to wire in separate 12V horn with mic?

Alright people,

I have zero clue where to start with this. Bought a Horn with mic off ebay, no instructions and was just hoping someone could tell me exactly what I need, and how to wire it up.

All I expect is something that can be plugged into my 12V cigarette port, and off I go?

I'm sorry but I can't help with the technical side, but the Engrish on the packaging is great.

Sorry for the late reply but how did this install go?
If it went well and the skeaker had decent volume so pedestrians etc could hear it do you have a link for the item you bought?
