Help with Honda Civic type r

Hi can anyone please help me I went to unlock my car with the fob and it won't work and this has happened with both fobs so unlocked it with the key and the alarm goes off and the car still starts just don't know how to get the fobs to work again and the batteries have been changed also tried to pair back up with car but won't work help please it's a Honda Civic type r 2005
