Modem Support for Classic Road Angel

Just received a letter to say the Road Angel are withdrawing modem support for their classic road angel product. I am not happy with this and wondered if others might wish to express their views. Having purchased a ‘life’ subscription, it seems unfair to be pushed into another (much more expensive) product and have one's lifetime subscription novated into just a few months support. I did the fair thing and spoke to their customer services department first and was shown a very hard brick wall.
